Preheat your oven to 375℉ Lightly spray or grease a 9×13" baking dish with olive oil.
Add your cottage cheese to a small food processor to whip smooth. Mix the cottage cheese with your alfredo sauce and the garlic powder, onion powder and salt to taste.
Toss your chicken cubes with onion powder, garlic powder and salt generously. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet on medium high. Add in the chicken and cook until golden brown on sides. Remove from heat.
First add the broccoli florets to your baking dish evenly spread out. Next layer on the chicken pieces evenly. Now spread out the shredded parmesan cheese. Now the alfredo cottage cheese sauce and lastly sprinkle on the mozzarella cheese evenly. Bake for 35 minutes – you may need to broil it for a minute or two to get it golden brown on top.
